The SCSC U13 Firehawks, with the help from U12 barbarians Nick Steed and Erik Ekstrom, placed 2nd out of 16 teams in the Gettysburg Blue Gray Memorial Tournament. After winning their group stage with a 3-0 record, and earning a top seed in the finals stage, the Firehawks won their quarterfinal 5-1, semi final 2-0, before falling 1-2 in the championship game. The team went down 0-2 in the first half, pulled one back on a late goal by Allan Bishop, but could not find the equalizer before time expired. Overall, 17 goals for, 4 against.
