SCSC GOING WITH SCORE UNIFORMS FOR 2008

The club is going in a new direction with uniforms for the forseeable future.  The board of directors has approved SCORE to be our new uniform of choice.  Although teams can still remain (and order) with SELECT we will be encouraging our teams to switch within the next year or so to SCORE.  We have had many problems with the delivery of uniforms in a timely fashion from SELECT which is very frustrating when you order them months in advance.

SCORE is based in the US and makes all of their uniforms on site then ships direct to each team within 3-6 weeks of your order.  We will be getting a high quality kit which includes 1 red jersey, 1 white jersey, 1 pair of black shorts, 1 pair of black socks, 1 pair of white socks, and the screen print for $66 (THIS PRICE IS FOR U10 TO U18).  We see this as a significant upgrade in getting more for your money (the Select kit was $86 for just 1 jersey, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of socks).

Our Former Uniform from Select
Below is the information for the teams who are choosing to stay with the Select uniforms rather than go with the NEW (2007/2008) SCSC uniforms from Score.
 
Our club uniform of choice for the older players (U13 and above) was the ’Nielsen’ jersey, with ’Jensen’ shorts, and ’Challenge’ socks. 
 
For our younger players (U12 and below) we opted for the more inexpensive Black ’Vinder’ uniform to accommodate for the growth spurts that these players are bound to experience. These uniforms usually last players a couple of seasons and are excellent value for money.
 
The red or white Vinder also serves as the secondary jersey for all of our players, should their team choose to have one.
 
To order uniforms, please contact your team manager. Usually players know what sizes they will need, but if you are unsure, we have some sample uniforms that you can measure up against.
 
Adult sizes come in XS, S, M, L and XL
Youth sizes come in XS, S, M, and L

Club colors
At SCSC, we pride ourselves on being a club, rather than just a collection of teams. One notion that unites any great club is the fact that their uniforms are so instantly recognizable, no matter which age group are playing. And we want our club to be the same!!
 
Our NEW club color is RED, with WHITE as our secondary color. Wear it with pride!
