Soaring Capital Soccer Club (SCSC) was founded in Elmira, New York in 1984 when a group of soccer enthusiasts formed the travel Club to provide area youth soccer players the opportunity to play soccer in a highly competitive environment, both in tournaments and in league play.

The Club has grown in size over the years and in the 2009 Spring season SCSC had over 300 players on 18 teams.  SCSC players come from far and wide:  Mansfield, Hornell, Elmira, Bath, Sayre, Corning , Watkins Glen and all points in between.

The Soaring Capital Soccer Club is affiliated with New York State West Youth Soccer Association (NYSWYSA).
